Concrete & Paver Sealing
Pavers and concrete are an investment in the ground. We clean them properly, then seal them so weeds, fading, and staining stop winning.
What's on the work order
Hardscape is where neglect shows fastest: driveways go black, pavers fade and sprout weeds, pool decks turn slick. Cleaning restores the surface; sealing is what keeps it that way. We do both as one process, because sealing over a half-cleaned surface just locks the problem in.
- Driveway, walkway, and sidewalk cleaning
- Pool deck and lanai floor cleaning
- Paver cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing
- Concrete sealing and enhancement
- Rust, oil, and irrigation stain treatment
- Curbing and border cleanup
Concrete Cleaning
Concrete is the one surface built for real pressure, and even then technique decides the result. Our surface cleaners produce an even, wall-to-wall finish instead of wand stripes, and targeted pre-treatments handle the rust, battery, and irrigation stains that plain pressure leaves behind.
- Surface-cleaner finish with no zebra striping
- Rust and irrigation staining treated with dedicated chemistry
- Driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and pool decks

Paver Sealing
Pavers are everywhere in The Villages and across Central Florida, and unsealed pavers fade, stain, and grow weeds in every joint. Our process cleans the field, re-sands the joints, and seals the surface so color deepens, sand stays put, and the next cleaning is years away instead of months.
- Clean, re-sand, and seal as one complete process
- Joint sand stabilized so weeds and ants lose their foothold
- Finish options from natural to enhanced, chosen with you

Restoration first, protection second
Sealing is only as good as the prep under it. We clean fully, let surfaces dry to spec, re-sand joints where pavers need it, and apply sealers appropriate to the surface and its traffic. Slip resistance matters on pool decks, and we choose finishes accordingly.

How long does paver sealing last?
Typically a few years depending on sun exposure, traffic, and irrigation. Pool decks and driveways wear differently, and we will set an honest re-seal expectation for each area rather than one blanket number.
Will sealing make my pool deck slippery?
Not when the right product is used. We select finishes with slip resistance appropriate to wet areas, which is exactly why pool decks should not get the same glossy sealer a driveway can take.
My pavers look chalky and faded. Can they come back?
Usually, yes. Cleaning removes the grime and organic growth, and an enhancing sealer restores depth of color. Where pavers are physically worn through, we will show you before sealing anything.
Do you handle new paver installations too?
We do not install pavers, but new installations benefit from sealing once they have settled. If your installer left them raw, we can clean and seal them so they stay looking new.
