Alba was founded by two longtime construction and facility maintenance professionals with a combined 80 years of experience building, maintaining, and updating exceptional properties throughout the Eastern United States. The right method for the surface
Not every surface should be pressure washed. We use the least aggressive method necessary to achieve the proper result, which means soft washing roofs, siding, screens, and barns, and saving real pressure for the flatwork built to take it.
Manufacturer standards come first
Materials, coatings, and manufacturer care guidance decide how we clean. We match the approach to the surface so the finish, the substrate, and the seal all come through the cleaning intact.
Maintained, never rescued
Preventative care costs less than restoration and holds up better. We would rather keep your property on a schedule that stops growth before it ever takes hold.
Runoff planned for the property
Runoff and wastewater are considered as part of every project. We plan chemical use, rinsing, containment, and wastewater management, taking into account the property, surrounding landscaping, animals, and water features.
